Having recently retired from dairy farming, my husband and I have settled on a small lifestyle block nestled in Karapiro. We raise a number of cattle.
Over the past few years, we have enjoyed hosting guests from all over New Zealand and the globe providing a highly rated experience and service.

FAQ's
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Guests can check in to the cottage from 3 PM onwards. Check-out time is at 10 AM. If you need to check in earlier or check out later, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Is there a deposit required to secure a booking?
Yes, to secure your booking at Pincots Cottage, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance is payable at least 14 days before arrival. We accept payment by bank transfer. If you need to cancel your booking, please see our cancellation policy for details on refunds.
Is there onsite parking available?
Yes, we have plenty of secure onsite parking available for our guests right next to Pincots Cottage so you don't have to worry about carrying your luggage too far. There is plenty room for boats, trailers and other items.
What are the accepted payment methods?
We accept payment via bank transfer. Please ensure that you include your booking reference number and the name under which the booking was made. If you have any questions about payment options, please contact us.
Can I book just one room or do I need to book the full cottage?
You can book one, two or all three rooms depending on your group and requirements. The cottage is fully your private space while you stay, no matter your group size.
Let us know and we will prepare your spaces for a relaxing stay.
What is the cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change, which is why we have a flexible cancellation policy. If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible.
Full refund available for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
